Colin Katzakian

Colin Katzakian is a second generation realtor who combines his due diligent nature with a passion for education and practice.  Prior to submerging himself into the real estate industry, Colin spent his educational years at California State University of Sacramento.  During this time, Colin received his Bachelors of Science in Business Finance and his Masters of Business Administration (MBA).  Through his professional journey, as a Vice President for a top 100 fortune bank, Colin has developed a balanced understanding for defining success, strategy and the inputs that are necessary to drive results.  Colin has a passion for his client’s success; he continues to showcase through firm commitment and deep client relationships.  Colin is eager in joining the Katzakian Real Estate Team.  Colin is looking forward to guiding his clients, ensuring their confidence and helping to make their dream homes a reality
